What is a Webinar?
A webinar is an interactive seminar conducted via the web. It happens in real time as you can see the presenter’s screen on your PC, notebook or tablet from the comfort of your office, home or wherever you choose. You may participate, if you wish, by asking questions via the online portal.

What happens if I miss the webinar?
All webinars are recorded and made available to those who subscribe after each event.  Webinar delegate are provided with access to the 2020 Webinar Archive where you can listen again to all the webinars you have subscribed to, as well as download a copy of the notes at your leisure.

What do I need to do to join the webinar?
Upon registering, full instructions on how to join the webinar will be emailed to you.

Will I be able to listen to the speaker and ask questions?
You can listen to the presenter’s audio over the speakers of your PC, notebook or tablet, thereby incurring no call charges. Alternatively, you can dial a local rate telephone number to hear the audio. Once you are connected to the webinar, a box will appear where you can post any questions for the speaker to make it truly interactive.

Do I pay for the call charges?
If you wish to listen to the webinar via the telephone, you can dial a local rate telephone number to access the audio. Please check with your telephone company as prices may vary depending upon your package.
