- I’m not sure if I’m a 2020 Member – how do I check? - Send your details in an email and we will confirm whether you are a member.
- When will I find out my username and password? - If you join as a member online you will have already registered on the site with a username and password. This will be activated by 2020 within 24 hours to give you access to the members area of the website. If you join as a member by post or over the phone you will be asked to register with the website which is when you will have to set up your username and password.
- What do I do if I forget my username and password? - You username is normally your email address. If you have forgotten your password then click here to enter your username. You will then have to click on forgotten your password. An email will be sent to you containing a link. Click on this link and you will be asked to enter and confirm a new password.
- Can I change my username and password? - You cannot change your username but if you select 'My Page' of the Help Menu, you can change your password.

- Can I have a refund if I’ve booked on a seminar but can’t attend? - This will depend on how much notice we are given. Email us and ask or click here to view our cancellation policy.
- Can I send someone on a seminar in my place? - Yes you can at no additional charge, please email us and notify us of the change.
