Following Gordon's presentation at the Members Conference on the subject of Client Satisfaction Surveys, he received several enquiries and has worked with several firms.
One particular member firm has reduced the number of clients who were dissatisfied with their fees by introducing some of the 2020 Tools (Client Education Checklist, List of Invisibles plus some others).
As a direct result of implementing these tools/strategies, thi firm has improved the number of dissatisfied clients from 33% to 11%.
This alone has enabled the firm to increase its fees, recoveries, client referrals and, simultaneously, has reduced work-in-progress and debtors by 23 days in the last 2 years.
