Kevin Salter, IT Director of the 2020 Group has written a practical guide on going paperless, with over 100 ideas to improve efficiency, productivity and workflow.

This publication asks “What are you doing now?” and addresses the ways that things could be done differently in the future. 3 case studies of practices that have been implementing a "less paper" strategy are included with documents of “how we do things here”. 

The publication also discusses software for generating documents and considers the merits of implementing a full blown document management system.
