Our first focus group meeting was held at the end of January and feedback from participants was that the day was helpful and informative.

As each firm represented came from a different part of the Country the delegates were far more open with their ideas and prepared to offer their experiences without fear of local competition.

The original idea was to enable partners to use the focus groups to concentrate on issues around practice development and marketing. On the day discussions went far deeper and we covered some of the key issues facing law firms in the current marketplace.

Attendees came from firms representing North West, West Midlands, South East, Wiltshire and North London. All the delegates thoroughly enjoyed the day and we will continue to meet quarterly to provide a first class forum for good practice and innovation for law firms willing to embrace the changes facing the profession.
