The changes currently facing the legal profession are causing concern with regard to exit and succession planning.
The Partner Development Programme runs over four modules and are run as independant wokshops.
All candidates go through a psychometric profile and we work independently with them to identify their strengths.
At the end of the programme you will have rounded partners and potential partners who understand both their own expertise in law and also the importance of running a practice as a business.
