2020 are supporting their members during these uncertain times and we have developed a series of communications and resources to help you service and reassure your clients.
Whats included in the COVID-19 Resources?
Members now have access to blogs, social media articles, links to resources to communicate to clients and tools to help with cash flow and business planning and much more.

We have radically changed our CPD to embrace a lot of the accounting, tax and updates that 2020 make available as part of our membership. This has been invaluable whilst everyone is working from home as we can do CPD on a flexible basis.
Members can access a series of webinar recordings including ‘TaxUpdate – Covid-19’, ‘Planning for the effects of Coronavirus and Communicating to Clients’, ‘Government Support & Action Planning Update’ and ‘Immediate Action Planning for Accountancy and Tax Professionals’.
Members can access planning agendas, cash flow and profit planning tools, guidance on remote working and meetings, technology and going digital. Regular webinar training is provided to ensure you are up to date with the most efficient practices.
Resources to Send to Clients
Access to social media, blogs, emails and checklists to send to clients about useful resources, trading in tough times, cash flow and liquidity. 2020 write the material for you reassure, support and positively help all your clients, whatever their situation.
Resources to Advise Clients
Access to “what if”, break even tools, cash flow forecasting and business planning projections. Guidance on Government and commercial finance support and training to support advising clients in tough times.
The 2020 team are on hand, supported by Martyn Ingles, to support you and deal with any questions you may have. Members can submit these via email or the 2020 LinkedIn group and we will do our best to answer them, as well as allowing you to share experiences with other members.
