This manual was written to help 2020 member firms widen and systemise their services and position their firms as being different to those that offer compliance services only. The aim is to help you keep existing and attract new clients and to provide a structured way of offering business advisory services. Chapter 2 contains advice on marketing business advisory services and positioning your firm in the high value high price sector of the industry.
