Are spreadsheets still being used extensively? Or do you use software, many of which will auto-populate relevant tracking fields?
This video looks at the creation of a variety of user defined fields which can then be selected in reports, and considers some aspects of the reports themselves. It highlights the creation of exception reports to avoid areas being missed due to incomplete or inaccurate database entries.
The overarching message is that databases and CRM’s need to be completed accurately and updated regularly!
