Business Rescue and Recovery

Business recovery is always their primary aim and there are often a variety of options available to company directors in distress; formal insolvency is not the only answer.


Corporate Insolvency

Circumstances can dictate that restructuring simply is not a viable option for a distressed company. There may be a number of reasons why a formal insolvency procedure may be the best solution.

Begbies Traynor team of specialists can put forward their expert opinion on which option is right for the business. Formal procedures include Administration, Company Voluntary Arrangement, Compulsory Liquidation, Creditors Voluntary Liquidation, and (for solvent companies) Members Voluntary Liquidation.
