We all recognise that our clients are one of our biggest assets (arguably after our team members), so how do we improve on an already tremendous asset? Loyalty is the measure of success – the more loyal the client, the more valuable the business. Gordon will turn to Disney and show how and why the Disney model works so very well for accountancy firms that want to get the most out of their clients. He will show how (and why) to calculate the “lifetime value of clients”. He will look at each element of what makes a client loyal and show how firms are improving in each of these areas – in some cases, increasing business performance by a factor of 4.
