Selling is not a word that rolls off our tongues within the accountancy profession as easily as it should – we are, all too often told we can’t sell – actually, that is simply NOT true – we can sell and do sell, all the time, but perhaps we don’t realise when we do it best!
The best and easiest way to grow a business is to increase the fees from existing clients – we all know that BUT why don’t we achieve substantial growth figures ? If we were able to understand better our clients’ needs and wants (both in business and personally), educate our clients what we could do for them, we could probably join the dots and, hey presto!!!
